These Australian grown Black Chia Seeds are versatile and packed full of Omega 3, protein, and fibre. Chia Seeds can be added to muesli, porridge, baked goods, raw treats, smoothies, and salads.

To make a delicious & nutritious Chia pudding, mix 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds with 1/2 cup of liquid of choice (milk, water, plant milk), add flavourings such as 1 tsp of honey and a sprinkle of Cinnamon. Mix well, cover, and allow to soak for at least two hours. Top with your favourite fruit, and enjoy cold!
