Half Lamb Bulk Box

Buy in bulk and save. Our half lamb pack usually comes in at around 8kg and includes:

1 leg roast (1.5kg)
1 shoulder roast (1.5kg)
1 rib roast (700g)
2 packs of loin chops (x2 600g)
2 packs of cutlets (x2 500g)
1 pack of chump chops (700g)
1 pack of mince (500g)
1 pack of sausages (6-7 per pack)
1 pack of spare ribs (500g)
1 pack of shanks (2 per pack)

Slow grown, regeneratively grazed, grass-fed and finished, 1 year old lamb (also known as hogget) from our good friends Horseshoe Valley Farm just over the hill from us and Sustainable Shedding Sheep.
