Australian made sourdough pasta, made from certified sustainable Australian flour. This Khorasan macaroni is made from a blend of Durum Wheat Flour, Stoneground Spelt Flour, and sourdough starter. It is long-fermented, meaning it is a little easier to digest and is more nutrient dense. Slow dried over 16 hours, Spelt Shells will go well with all of your favourite pasta sauces.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge to maintain optimum freshness.
