Gluten-free crumbed round steak. Parenting is hard, quick meals are great, crumbed steak is quick.

Be sure to defrost in fridge to prevent too much moisture on crumbs. Cooking slower straight from frozen works well too.
Cook in pan with oil to cover half of steak, lemon, salt, serve, kids to bed, then wine.
