Our pasture-raised chicken wings are usually larger and far more meaty than those bought in the supermarket. You can choose to keep them whole, or portion them in to their three sections; mini drums, mid wings and wing tips. They are great baked in a sticky glaze or marinade and eaten in your fingers.
These birds have a great life in our paddocks; eating bugs, worms, grass as well as their daily ration of grains. The chicken tastes like chicken used to taste. Full of flavour and jam-packed full of omega 3’s and other nutrients.
