Our pasture-raised chicken frames are the carcasses of our whole chickens, with all of the meat removed. They are perfect for making broth and soup.
These birds have a great life in our paddocks; eating bugs, worms, grass as well as their daily ration of grains. The chicken tastes like chicken used to taste. Full of flavour and jam-packed full of omega 3’s and other nutrients.
