Our grass-fed and finished marrow bones are perfect for those who want to improve the nutrition content of their broths, or just consume a more nutrient-dense diet. You can throw the marrow bones into your broth, so the marrow breaks down and adds more collagen, protein and Omega-3 fatty acids, or you can roast the marrow bones on their own to enable you to extract the marrow yourself.
