Hocks are the pig’s shin and make great additions to pots of soup or beans to add flavor and body to the broth. Our pasture-raised pork Hocks still have the skin on them, and are sold smoked. Pea and Ham soup is ON!
Slow-grown, heritage pork grown on our farm on the Central Coast. These pigs live outside, are moved regularly onto new ground and enjoy a diverse diet of bugs, worms, roots, grass and their daily ration of grains.
