Asado ribs are made up of the rib bone and layers of rib meat and fat. They are of flavour and fall-off-the-bone tender when cooked for long enough. Grill or slow-roast for a succulent beef dish.
Slow-grown, regeneratively grazed, grass-fed and finished beef from our farm on the Central Coast and our regenerative partnering farm Furracabad Station in Glen Innes.
