Our pasture-raised, chicken breast mince is very versatile. It is a white meat with very little fat and it is perfect in Asian dishes, salads, soups, pastas or even cheesy meatballs!
These birds have a great life in our paddocks; eating bugs, worms, grass as well as their daily ration of grains. The chicken tastes like chicken used to taste. Full of flavour and jam-packed full of omega 3’s and other nutrients.
