Pork tenderloin (a.k.a. pork tender, pork fillet) are extremely tender and delicate. They are lean, tender, and boneless. They are also easy to cook—try them grilled, roasted, or barbecued—but also easy to overcook, so pay attention when they’re on the fire or in the oven!
Slow-grown, heritage pork grown on our farm on the Central Coast. These pigs live outside, are moved regularly onto new ground and enjoy a diverse diet of bugs, worms, roots, grass and their daily ration of grains.
