Pork spare ribs are a delicious meaty rib best served sticky! Slow cook in a foil-covered tray in the oven with some water and a tablespoon of your favourite bbq marinate sauce. Cook till soft. Then onto the high heat grill, basting with the marinade until it caramelizes. Sticky ribs. Sorted. Heaven!
